About this project

Bradwell Group have completed numerous lift upgrades with Progroup Management at Fairfield, Campbelltown, Liverpool, St Marys, and Kogarah.

Following Erbas Consulting design we supplied and installed a pressurization fan to the upgraded lift shaft. Site inspections were undertaken to measure up and then design the supply air filter box to accommodate the Fantech fan and G4 filter. Drafted and built by Laser Stainless Steel we integrated a pressure gauge to monitor the air flow across the filter that sends a signal to the stations masters office when it is due for replacement.

We also designed and built the control panel to operate the fan and monitor its operation. Two internal thermostats are located inside the shaft at high and low levels to maintain a desired temperature in the lift shaft.
