About this project

Bradwell Group were proud to partner with Fleetwood Australia to produce a single-story modular facility spanning 2100m². This magnificent building was constructed at the Smithfield factory and delivered to site in Memorial Ave Kellyville NSW.

Bradwell Group were contracted to D&C, HVAC and Electrical to be compliant with Australian Standards. This complex consisted of an administration section, gymnasium, ice baths, doctors and physio rooms, meeting rooms, change rooms and amenities.

Electrical design consisting off LED lighting, fans, exit and emergency lighting, fire, and outdoor lighting.

Working with SMADA Electrical for infrastructure facilities to bring this project to fruition.

HVAC consisted off ventilation to AS1668 for the amenities, gymnasium and admin. Air conditioning split systems were Actron Air the club’s sponsor.

This is the start of the Parramatta Eels Centre of Excellence training facility at Bradwell Group we were excited to be part of this project.
