About this project

Bradwell Group were awarded to partner with Faculty Shopfitting and Work Club Global Australia with O&S Consulting to design, manufacture and install complete HVAC mechanical ventilation system, electrical infrastructure works including power, lighting (240v + DALI Control), security SALTO System and telecommunication cabling to four IT room / cupboards.

The existing building services serving the floor plate required modification to suit the design and construction of the new Work Club fit-out with exposed heritage beams and raised access flooring.

Locally and globally, Work Club work to cultivate success for all it’s members by enabling an effortless transitioning between work life and leisure.

Work Club Office is a place imagination finds purpose and creativity takes on new forms. Work Club carefully curated environment, experiences and services to support business leaders, creators and innovators today and tomorrow.
