About this project

With government and general population pushing for more sustainable solutions with energy consumption, Calibre designed and engineered a geothermal HVAC solution for the proposed new construction of St Francis of Assisi primary school building to meet these demands.

Calibre engaged Bradwell Group to provide a turn-key solution involving plumbing, electrical and HVAC specialists to deliver this emerging technology on time and on budget.

The scope involved two fields with water pipe loops some 120 metres deep utilising these stable ground temperatures driving 10 condenser units heating and cooling square metres of floor space.
