About this project

Bradwell Group were awarded to partner with Diona and Frasers Property in a multi residential development site in Blacktown of Stage 34, 52, 53 and 55 to provide sustainable HVAC solution to these modern builds. Consisting of 175 x town houses in the Fairwater development.

The ducted air conditioning system in the estate uses stable ground temperatures to cool or heat the residences via a pipe buried over 100 metres below ground. Water is circulated through this ground loop then through the condenser, producing an environmentally superior way to control condenser temperatures to optimise internal heating or cooling the most energy efficient way.

Geothermal water-cooled heat pump technology is 50% more energy efficient than your regular AC system and virtually zero acoustic impact.
