About this project

Bradwell Group are delighted to share our latest project, an electrical design and installation which bought our client’s dream to reality. Bradwell Group had the privilege of being awarded the electrical contract for this amazing beauty salon, along with Ben Jones Carpentry.

Starting from an empty shell and a general layout from the client, we were able to assist in the design and construction of this project. With two private, 24hr tanning studios, enabling patrons’ full access any time of day or night it is sure to set a benchmark yet to be achieved in the Hills area.

The lighting featuring Curvature LED strip lighting, signage lighting and an outstanding illuminated reception desk creates an elegant atmosphere, setting the scene for an amazing experience. Effective but practical lighting was planned to ensure the functionality of the salon wasn’t compromised.

Schneider “Wiser” products installed allows full remote control of lighting and power on and offsite. Having towels pre heated, wax ready for the first client of the day without wasting energy out of hours was a huge advantage of this product. Bradwell Group were able to supply all documentation ready for Dotty May’s OC compliance, including Exit and Emergency Lighting certification, Installation compliance with NCC-BCA 2022, Thermal Imaging reports and CCEW.
