About this project

Bradwell Group were proud to partner with Fleetwood Australia and the Australian Government to deliver three-bedroom accommodation units for the Centre of National Resilience (CNRB). This project was built to bridge the gap and fill the need for quarantine facilities to help stop the spread of infectious disease crossing the Australian border.

These units were purpose built with strict requirements surrounding fresh air and risk mitigation to limit the spread of disease. This posed countless challenges having to balance a product that was in line with strict Government requirements and also producing a unit that was comfortable for quarantine periods within.

Electrically these buildings included Panduit DATA systems, strict fire and acoustic ratings due to the location of the buildings, general lighting and power whilst in line with the Australian Standards.

HVAC consisted of outside air reticulation, toilet exhaust, all ductwork located and mounted on the roof with 100% redundancy. Individual air conditioning for each accommodation unit consisted of a high wall split systems all BMS controlled.
