About this project

Bradwell Group were awarded a shop fit out project in 2019 with Gradwell Design. From a concrete shell to a magnificent new showroom office for Australian Real Estate at Kellyville Ridge.

Bradwell Group installed one Daikin ducted air conditioning unit with the condenser located downstairs in the carpark. The toilet exhaust and ventilation were also completed, all to AS1668.2 design standards.

Elizabeth from Gradwell Design devised the full office layout and design and we installed all the required power, lighting, alarm, data, CCTV, and air conditioning.

We installed a large CCTV monitor located in the office, so staff were able to monitor the arrival of clients at the front reception at all times.

A very successful project that was completed ahead of time with a happy client.
